Cancellation Policy

POLICIES CARD ON FILE: A card is required for every booking. Once entered, I am unable to look at any card details. CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING: 48 hours is required to cancel/reschedule or your card on file will be automatically charged 50% of the service cost. LATE: After 15 minutes past your scheduled time you are considered late. If you arrive past 15 minutes I may not be able to take your appointment and you’ll be required to reschedule. Your card may also be charged 50% of the service cost. NO SHOW: If I do not have prior knowledge and you do not show up for your appointment your card on file will be automatically charged 100% of the service cost. If this happens on more than one occasion I also may not be able to take you as a client going further. ** Your card will NEVER be charged without your knowledge. You will receive text notice at the time of charge. If the payment doesn’t go through, I will reach out to provide further payment options. If the payment continues to go unpaid, you will be unable to book an appointment until it is paid.** All services are final sale and refunds will not be given. A fix may be offered upon my discretion after a post-appointment consultation. My fix window is 48 hours for color/blonding and 72 hours for extensions. Anything beyond that is considered out of my control and may require a full additional appointment.
